Hello, I'm Ove!
Ove boasts over four decades of experience in the energy sector, beginning with Oil & Gas, emphasizing subsea fabrication and optimization for significant worldwide projects. He has occupied numerous C-level leadership roles at organizations such as Greenland Offshore, NLI Group, and ABM Group, in addition to serving as a consultant to FMC Subsea in the capacity of fabrication/qualification director.
Over a decade ago, Ove founded the A-Tech Group, specializing in structural steel design, fabrication, and construction. Since the company's inception, it has also provided personnel support services in the piping and mechanical trades.

Cornelius is a seasoned Business Development Executive with over 35 years of experience in Engineering and Construction. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Measurement and Control Systems.
He has operated across the Middle East, Asia, South Africa, and Europe, excelling in client relationships and shareholder growth.
Previously the Executive Director of Business Development at Kentz Corporation LLC, he played a key role in driving revenues exceeding $120M, contributing to the company's sale in 2014 for over $2BN.

Derek boasts over 30 years of experience in the international engineering and construction industry, with a strong focus on the data centre sector. He has held senior business development roles at prominent companies, including Kentz Corporation (now Kent), Suir/Imtech, Jones Engineering Group, and most recently, Kirby Group.
Derek has successfully identified and secured significant Data Centre projects with Hyperscale and Co-Location clients across Ireland, the UK, and Western Europe, including the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway. His extensive experience has constructed a robust industry network, earning respect among peers. He brings considerable industry expertise to the A Tech Group and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies (B.B.S) from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Dmitrijs Hudins is an accomplished senior manager with extensive knowledge in process and electrical engineering across industrial, commercial, and domestic settings. He possesses a detailed technical understanding of automated telecom and conveyor systems.
Throughout his career, he has managed major projects in multicultural environments, demonstrating a strong capability to deliver safe, business-focused, and profitable results through a variety of methodologies. Dmitrijs has also acquired significant experience in the Data Centre sector, having contributed to major projects in Germany, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland, where he was responsible for the delivery of electrical systems.

Hugh O'Reilly is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over thirty years of experience in the field. His strong educational foundation which includes a City & Guilds certification in marine mechanical engineering which he received with distinction. Hugh has held key roles in the construction business such as Construction Manager, Mechanical Superintendent, Senior Project Coordinator and Lead Commissioning Engineer on various projects worldwide which include Data Centre projects in Ireland and the Middle East. His experience extends to diverse locations, such as Kazakhstan, and Mexico and Norway as well as the afore mentioned.
Hugh is committed to safety and compliance, He is trained in Good Construction Practice (GCP) and Emergency Response protocols. His extensive hands-on experience, combined with his ability to lead under pressure, makes him a respected professional in the Data Centre and bio-pharmaceutical sectors where he has gained extensive experience in mechanical and piping erection practices and methodologies, man management and how to achieve project goals through manpower motivation.

Bjørn is an experienced electrical engineer and process manager with over 43 years in the oil and gas industry. Beginning his career at Mobil Exploration Norway Inc., he made significant contributions to the development of the Statfjord field. He then dedicated 25 years to serving as the HSEQ Manager at Statoil, establishing health and safety protocols while promoting quality assurance and environmental compliance, thereby enhancing organizational performance.
For the past 15 years, Bjørn has run his own consultancy, focusing on health, safety, and environmental management, helping clients improve their HSE practices and achieve compliance. With his extensive expertise in HSEQ management, Bjørn is committed to advancing safety and sustainability in the energy and IT sectors.
He has been a consultant for A Tech Group for the last 7 years.

Hello, I'm Nina Cecilie!
Nina is a highly skilled HR and HSE Administration Manager with a proven track record in her field since 2014. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of Norwegian employment law and extensive experience navigating the complexities of legal interactions concerning tax registration and work permit requirements in Norway.
Nina has a deep understanding of the construction industry, with a seven-year tenure as the assistant to the CEO at Swath Plumbing and Electrical, a top MEP firm in Norway. She oversaw essential operations such as invoicing, sending reminders, recording journal entries, and processing orders. Her HR responsibilities encompassed the full spectrum of employee onboarding, and she oversaw health, safety, and environmental (HSE) administrative duties and compliance with regulations. As a committed and skilled manager, Nina is recognized for her dedication to excellence. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), providing her with the competencies and knowledge required to lead effectively in today's dynamic work environment.
